Wisconsin Artists
Along with the preservation of art environments in situ and the preservation of major bodies of work, Kohler Foundation has preserved collections and individual pieces of work by Wisconsin artists. In all cases, we are highly selective when taking on art preservation projects, and projects typically are chosen to help complete a larger collection or to save work that has great artistic or historic merit. Kohler Foundation retains no pieces of art and does not maintain a collection. All collections and individual pieces of art receive art conservation treatment and are fully documented before being gifted to a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization for care into the future.
