Seating?

Choose your seats carefully when ordering online.  When you are choosing your seats,White sections are A Seating; Gray Sections are B Seating. The seating chart at the bottom of this page is flipped 180 degrees compared to the seat map when you place your ticket order- note the stage location. 


How will I receive my tickets?

You can choose to receive your tickets via e-mail, US Mail, or for pick up at will call.   You may call the Kohler Foundation at 920.458.1972 if you need your tickets reissued.

 

What are your policies on refunds, returns and cancellations:

Programs subject to change. Sorry, no refunds. Please choose your tickets carefully. 

How do I find the theater? 
Kohler Memorial Theater

Highway 23 to the Kohler Exit, take Highland Drive south to Greenfield Drive, turn west. Kohler Memorial Theater is attached to Kohler High School, which is one quarter mile on the left. Or, take Highland Drive to School Street for on-street parking. 

What time does the box office open? 
Box office generally opens one hour prior to curtain time. 

What time to the doors open?
Doors generally open, and seating begins, one hour prior to curtain time.

Curtain Time? 
Performance for the 2019/20 DGS Season start at the following times:

Pilobolus: 7:30 pm - Thursday, January 30, 2020

Bobby McFerrin: 8:00 pm - Saturday, March 7, 2020

STOMP: 8:00 pm - Friday, April 17, 2020

 

Where do I park?
General parking is on School Street as well as in the Kohler Public Schools parking lot.  Using the school parking lot, enter through the main doors and follow the signs to the theater.

Is there handicapped parking? 
Handicapped parking is available in the front of the Kohler Public Schools off Greenfield Drive, and on School Street. There are no steps when entering through the main entrance of the school, from the parking lot.

Can I take photos? 
Flash photography and video recorders are not permitted in either rehearsals or performances at any time. Event Volunteers will ask you to put away your cell phone or video recorder if they see you taking photos or video.

 

Will I be able to purchase a souvenir?
Some, but not all, performances will have items for sale. Most sales are cash only.

What are my options for payment? 
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover (for all online orders), cash or checks (for phone or in person orders).

Are there any shipping/handling charges?
Yes, there is a $1.50 fee per ticket (which covers shipping/handling/processing), and 5.5% Wisconsin Sales Tax. 

Must I purchase a ticket for my small child?
It is not recommended to bring children under 4 years old to performances, but a ticket is required for every attendee, regardless of age.
