HEALTH AND SAFETY IN REGARDS TO CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

Kohler Foundation is committed to creating a safe and comfortable environment for its performers, guests, audiences, staff and volunteers.

Everyone coming to Kohler Memorial Theater to attend a Distinguished Guest Series performance will be required to wear a mask.  Guests will also be required to show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or, should they be unable to be vaccinated, to provide a negative COVID-19 PCR test that has been completed within 72 hours prior to entering the venue.

Other COVID-19 related health protocols may be in effect at the time of performance, including, without limitation, required: temperature checks, testing, confirmation of prior travel to restricted areas and/or confirmation of no known symptoms of and exposure to COVID-19. We reserve the right to unilaterally make changes to health protocols according to updated public health guidance and applicable law. Future updates will be provided to ticket holders prior to the performance. Any ticket holder who does not comply with any COVID-19 related health protocol may be required to leave the theater, and his/her ticket will not be refunded. Guests with accessibility questions or who require additional assistance related to the venue’s COVID-19 policies may email Kohlerfoundation@kohler.com or 920-458-1972. Please note: Events are being planned at full capacity, subject to applicable law and governmental approval.

Anyone feeling ill or experiencing symptoms related to cold or infectious disease is asked to stay home and may request a full refund of their purchase.

These requirements will be in place on an ongoing basis, subject to regular review and re-evaluation as the situation continues to evolve.

Proof of Vaccination or Negative PCR Test

Guests will be required to show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination of a World Health Organization (WHO) or U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved or authorized vaccine, with full vaccination completed at least two weeks prior to the performance date.  Alternatively, guests who cannot be vaccinated may provide proof of a negative PCR test that has been completed within 72 hours of performance date.  Ticket holders will receive specific instructions on how to provide this information for entry in advance of the performance or event.

Proof of vaccination or negative PCR test must be presented every time when entering Kohler Memorial Theater by:

  • Showing original vaccination card or a photograph of it on a cell phone, along with a valid driver’s license or other government-issued photo ID.

Face Mask Requirement

Every guest, regardless of vaccination status, is required to wear a face covering at all times and in all areas of Kohler Memorial Theater, including while seated during the performance.  Face coverings should be worn properly, covering the nose and mouth, and meet Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) standards.

Children Under the Age of 5

Children under 5 who cannot be vaccinated must provide a proof of a negative PCR test that has been completed within 72 hours of performance date and wear a mask at all times at concerts and events at Kohler Memorial Theater.

These requirements will be in place on an ongoing basis, subject to regular review and re-evaluation as the situation continues to evolve.
